As each item is handmade, I take great care to ensure quality and accuracy in every order. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Change of Mind Returns
Due to hygiene reasons, jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
Please choose carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about sizing, materials, or colours, feel free to contact me before placing your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 2 days of delivery.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, you may choose:

A replacement (if available), or

A full refund (once faulty items have been returned).
Return shipping costs for faulty items or items damaged in transit will be covered by Manda's Vault.
Lost or Delayed Orders
Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders shipped via post. Delays with postal services are outside of my control. However if your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to assist.
