Shipping Policy


Order Processing & Turnaround Times

All items are handmade to order (unless otherwise stated). 

Turnaround times for dispatch vary depending on the item and are specified in each individual product listing. Orders are typically dispatched within 3–10 business days from the date the order is placed.

Please note:

  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • During peak periods (e.g. sales, holidays, market seasons), dispatch times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Options

The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Standard Post (Australia-wide)
Estimated delivery times are determined by Australia Post and vary depending on your location.

Express Post (Australia-wide)
Express Post prioritises delivery once your order has been dispatched. Please note that selecting Express Post does not shorten the stated production/turnaround time.

Local Delivery – Canberra & Queanbeyan
Local delivery is available for customers located in Canberra and Queanbeyan. Delivery timeframes will be arranged after dispatch and may vary depending on location and availability.
You will be contacted using the details provided at checkout to arrange delivery if this option is selected.

Standard International Parcel Post (to New Zealand only) 
I currently only ship within Australia and New Zealand. If you live outside of these countries and want to purchase from me, please email me at mandasvault@gmail.com for a quote. 


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location.


Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by the postal carrier. Once an order has been dispatched, I am not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or other delivery services.

If your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact me and I will assist in lodging an inquiry with Australia Post. 


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. I am not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional postage costs may apply for re-delivery.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact me within 2 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact me so I can assist in lodging an inquiry with Australia Post.
